환불 정책

Shaping Hands Ministry (Yafe) does not allow returned goods, apart from the instance of damaged or defective products.  

Due to the nature of the materials used the Goods will vary in colour, thickness, stiffness, texture and strength.

If the Goods are not visibly damaged on Delivery and there are no manufacturing defects then the Shaping Hands Ministry (Yafe) Ltd will not accept any returned goods or offer refunds.

Damages and issues

Our Goods are strictly quality controlled at manufacturing and we expect that your Goods will have no manufacturing defects on the delivery of your goods. We will take manufacturing defects seriously and will take appropriate action.

Any variance in leather is considered normal and is not considered defective.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please take photos and email details of the damage or defect to jengheeyou@gmail.com and await further instruction from us.

Exchanges

We do not allow exchanges, apart from the case of receiving the wrong item. See above.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds, apart from in the case of a customer receiving a defective item, where the customer does not want the item to be replaced. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
